Why DEWIVO exists
Access matters. So does what people can do with it.
A computer or connection can open a door, but access alone does not give someone the confidence to use technology, the skills to make something with it, or a say in how digital systems are designed.
DEWIVO is being developed around that wider need: connect learning with practical use, grow people's capability, and explore technology that responds to real contexts in Sierra Leone and across Africa.
We believe students should encounter meaningful digital learning early, and that local people and institutions should have a role in shaping the solutions they rely on.
